The realization of the plant for Electrolux Sweden - 29/02/2012
A&D has recently developed another Automa installation for the Electrolux Group, in an establishment located in Sweden. The company, Electrolux Laundry Systems Sweden, was acquired by the group in 1973. Situated in Ljungby, the sweden factory is one of the main global manufacturer of professional washing machines and dryers. For one hundred years this company has focused on the construction of professional equipment for laundry, and now is specialized in the production of washing machines with drum volumes between 65 and 850 liters. Thanks to this new site, A&D, with its product comes to manage for the group nine warehouses located in Italy and Europe. Everything is managed and coordinated (either explicitly request by Electrolux) by the installation of a "Virtual Server Automa", located in Italy, which allows the consultation of all inventory-availability of any single warehouse and handling of orders to the logistics platform relevance. This promotes the work of Electrolux, which according to the requirements may decide to transfer a particular product from plant to plant making more efficient the factory service and the customer service. Electrolux Sweden peculiarity is the storage system of finished products and accessories, which is divided between an automatic storage area served by stacker trucks, vertical storage and traditional pallet rack area. Particular importance is given by the interface system of Automa that must communicate simultaneously with the PRMS management system, with the traslo warehouse software and with the vertical software, placing itself as optimizer and organizer of all the logistics flow. The system includes a dictionary for the language translations and be installed in English , with the possibility to also add the dictionary in Swedish .

Documents management-Systems integration - 01/11/2011
The latest in A & D house is the product Automa Docman (integrated documents management) that enables companies to categorize, classify and store any type of document (orders, bills, contracts, Office documents, testing documents, images etc ...) through the use of scanning devices.
This storage system combined with the functionality of the product allows fast searching and browsing of archived documents without unnecessary waste of time to research the paper.
The obligation to support original tax records for 10 years or even for other types of documents for many companies involves the use of large spaces for storage and if necessary the difficult availability of the original document.
In this regard A & D wanted to integrate the potential of the two products offering the solution to both methods of storage and the fast tracking of the evidence sought.

Automa-Health management software - 31/10/2011
This year sees the entry of Automa in the complex management of health materials. With the company L & S Healthcare Logistics Srl, a specialized company in the handling and storage of medical products for hospitals, A & D has installed and quickly made operative the new product Automa for the hospitals warehouse management.
Useless remember the importance of tracking and tracing of batches and deadlines for these types of stores, careful and precise management provided by our system for products to be stored at controlled temperatures and a rapid information of the progress to the hospital and then of delivery of medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
The warehouse activities may be internal to the Hospital or give in management outside monitoring and allowing a real-time control of availability and activities give in management.
To complete the logistics cycle, A & D Srl has developed the Automa AIR module for Computerized managing of department inventory; materials coming from the warehouse are picked up by the hospital departments via barcode readers in radio frequency and managed in locations for quantity, batch, expiry date and serial number.
Real-time inventory, preventive control of products about expire date and valuation of department stocks are an essential tool for reducing health costs.
Integration with the patient administration management software allow to process requests in a controlled and precise way.
